  Instruction:  
     
 
  • Only 1 person per registration.  Registrations with more than 1 name can not be processed without delay.
  • Be carefull when filling in the registration form.  If billing data is incorrect it invokes an Amendment Fee of DKK 200,00/€ 28,00 to have the invoice changed.
  • If the company, who is to be billed resides inside the EU Community, the field "VAT No." must be filled in.  Otherwise, we will have to charge you for the danish VAT (25%).

  Delegate Only for persons who will attend the conference.  
       
  Exhibitor Only for persons who will attend as exhibitor.  
       
  Stand Personnel

Only for persons who will attend as  extra stand personnel.

 
       
  Speaker Only for persons who has been confirmed as speaker.  
       
  Press Only for persons who represents relevant media. Is subject to approval by the organisers.  
       
  Visitor Only for persons who wants to visit the exhibition.  No access to the conference.
